Affinity Executive Search is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales departments in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The Manager oversees financial status and communicates with owners on finance, performance, and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualificações

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Good interactive skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upsholds regulatory mandates on health care provision by professionals.
• Observes and participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
• Maintains knowledge of USP chapters to assure quality, sterility, and stability of compounded sterile preparations.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
