• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience handling difficult conversations and resolving conflicts.
• Experience with home care scheduling software; WellSky is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
• Must be available to work one weekend day per month.
