Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• Willingness to provide hands-on caregiver coverage when necessary.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn scheduling software.
• Dependable attendance and weekend availability.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage Caregiver Schedules: monitor shifts and coordinate assignments.
• Handle Call-Outs: respond to cancellations and find replacements.
• Communicate with Clients & Caregivers: provide scheduling updates.
• Solve Staffing Challenges: make quick decisions to ensure uninterrupted care.
• Provide Emergency Caregiver Coverage: step in when no one is available.
• Maintain Accurate Records: document changes and availability.
• Coordinate with Management: relay urgent issues and updates.
