Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Round Rock, TX is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage daily care operations from our local office, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will serve as the central hub connecting clients, families and caregivers.

You will use Well Sky / Access Care for scheduling, maintain caregiver relationships, manage inbound leads, and ensure compliance with Texas HHSC regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination.
• Experience with Well Sky or Access Care scheduling software preferred.
• Knowledge of Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander geography is a plus.
• Excellent communication and empathetic phone presence.
• Ability to work on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client schedules using Well Sky / Access Care to match caregivers with seniors.
• Follow up with caregivers to confirm shifts and minimize open shifts.
• Monitor training compliance and ensure required modules are completed.
• Conduct proactive phone outreach to warm inbound leads and schedule consultations.
• Build rapport with local families in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Hutto.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Well Sky / Access Care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with internal audits of caregiver credentials and care plans.
