Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, is seeking an on-site Superintendent/Field Manager to oversee heavy highway, roadway and bridge projects. You will lead foremen, drive safety culture, and coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist in planning, budgeting, and the development of 90-day schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards on major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of field management in heavy civil/highway projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple foremen to ensure safe, productive onsite work with quality outcomes.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules and assist in project planning.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs for crews.
• Oversee subcontractors and manage cost controls for assigned work packages.
