Kokosing is seeking an experienced on-site Supervisor/Foreman to lead skilled trades on large site work projects, including concrete and heavy highway/bridge work. You will collaborate with Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers to shape safety, production, and profitability on the job.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years field management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of field management experience in construction.
• Bridge/Highway experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Foreman on conducting work safely, productively, and focusing on quality.
• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for your crews.
• Assist the Project Manager in creating the project schedule.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.
• Oversee costs associated with your work items.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
