Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 6 years of field management experience on roadway/highway projects preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foremen to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality work.
• Establish a Safety 24/7 culture for crews.
• Assist Project Manager with schedule creation and updates.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, tooling, and material needs.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and field costs.
