Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a General Manager - High Rise in San Diego, CA to oversee all building operations and associations. The role focuses on governance adherence, staff supervision, vendor management, and budget presentation.

You will work closely with the board, committees, and residents to maintain facilities, ensure safety, and coordinate service delivery. The GM will manage insurance, audits, and annual budgets, and liaise with city and utility entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public or business admin preferred.
• Experience coordinating with boards, residents and committees.

Responsibilities

• Understand governing documents (CCRs, By-Laws) and ensure compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise building staff; prepare budgets.
