Job summary

Vertiv seeks a High-Density Thermal System Engineer to strengthen the thermal technical support team for high-density and liquid cooling products. You will lead the support across mechanical, electrical, quality, monitoring, and controls, driving continuous improvement and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Experience in thermal management and high-density/ liquid cooling systems required.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Proven ability to mentor and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead thermal management support for high-density and liquid cooling applications.
Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration and technical growth.
Collaborate with R&D and Offering to integrate new technologies.
Implement best practices to enhance thermal processes and continuous improvement.
Oversee testing and upgrade/retrofit programs in lab or customer sites.
Diagnose and address thermal performance issues in complex systems.
Provide cross-functional technical support across mechanical, electrical, quality, monitoring, and control systems.
Travel onsite to address escalated issues or attend customer meetings.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and support content for high-density products.
