Vetted Solutions is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as a shift leader in a senior care setting, guiding and supporting the caregiving team while ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role combines hands-on caregiving with frontline leadership, mentoring new staff and maintaining compliance with care plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Excellent communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support as needed
• Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation practices
• Review charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident health changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and seamless shift transitions

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
