Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader in a senior living setting, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while coaching the caregiving team.

You will lead shift assignments, mentor staff on quality standards and documentation, and ensure charting aligns with ISP. The role blends working as a caregiver with frontline leadership, demanding professionalism, accountability, and compassion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care environments

Responsibilities
