Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across North America. You will manage safety, schedule, budgets, procurement, and contracts while partnering with customers, engineers, and field teams to safely deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience on industrial electrical/instrumentation (E&I) projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of heavy industrial E&I construction projects from startup to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with customers, field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to meet safety, schedule, and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, staffing, and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and customer specifications.
