Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across North America, coordinating with customers, field leadership, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes safety, financial performance, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and commissioning, with about 50% travel across midstream energy, power generation, and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation projects.
• Experience managing industrial electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Develop execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead customer-facing meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with construction managers, superintendents, estimators, and leadership.
