Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial, midstream, and power generation electrical construction projects across North America.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality from proposal through closeout, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and field teams. Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years in construction PM, expertise with Primavera P6 or Unifier, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Unifier.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Oversee industrial electrical construction scopes and related systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead closeout, commissioning, energization, and turnover activities.
• Identify and manage project risks and support BD efforts.
