Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation construction projects across North America.

You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, contracts, and customer relations while coordinating with engineering teams, field operations, and subcontractors. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, plus the ability to travel up to 50% and manage projects from kickoff to turnover in diverse environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience on industrial electrical/instrumentation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Develop execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, field operations, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Support project commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout activities.
