Job summary

Kokosing Construction seeks a seasoned Project Superintendent to supervise skilled trades on large Highway/Bridge projects in Columbus, OH. You will lead foremen, maintain a 24/7 safety culture, and coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule, quality, and profitability.

Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Project Engineers, you will develop 90-day and 3-week plans, manage costs, and ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical experience.
• 6+ years of field management experience in construction.
• Roadway/Highway experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise foremen on safely productive work with emphasis on quality.
• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for crews.
• Assist PM in creating project schedules and develop 90-day/3-week plans.
