Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent/Foreman to supervise skilled trades on large Heavy Highway, roadway and bridge projects.

You will lead foremen, ensure safety, productivity, and quality while coordinating with Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers. This role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, 6+ years of field management, and roadway/highway experience; you will develop 90-day and 3-week schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent field.
• 6+ years of field construction management experience.
• Roadway/Highway experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several foremen to ensure safe, productive work and quality.
• Set a 24/7 safety culture for crews.
• Assist Project Manager with creating project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
