Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a qualified Foreman/Superintendent to lead skilled trades on major Heavy Highway and Bridge projects in Columbus, OH. You will supervise foremen, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, production, and profitability on site.

Responsibilities include developing short- and medium-term schedules, assisting the Project Manager with planning, and overseeing costs, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years field management experience in construction.
• Roadway/Highway experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage foreman on large Heavy Highway/Bridge projects.
• Establish a 24/7 safety culture for crews.
• Assist Project Manager in creating project schedules.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Pre-planning and goal setting with crews.
