Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. in Middletown, OH is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead foremen on large Heavy Highway/Bridge projects.

You will supervise trades, ensure safety, productivity and quality, and coordinate with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling 90-day and 3-week plans, overseeing costs, coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors, and mentoring crews while upholding company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of field management experience in construction.
• Roadway/Highway experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Foremen and trades to prioritize safety, productivity, and quality.
• Assist in creating project schedules and 90-day/3-week plans.
• Oversee costs, manpower, equipment, tooling, and material needs for crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution.
