Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Field Manager/Foreman to supervise skilled trades on large Heavy Highway/Bridge projects, coordinating with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers to drive safety, production, and profitability.

Leadership includes directing work, performance appraisal, and training responsibilities as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) and 6+ years of field management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• (6+) years of field management experience on construction sites.
• Roadway/Highway experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foreman on ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Assist with project scheduling and planning with the Project Manager.
• Oversee costs, manpower, heavy equipment, tooling, and material needs.
