Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned field leader to supervise foremen on large Heavy Highway/Bridge projects. You will drive safety, production, and profitability while coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Construction degree or equivalent, 6+ years in field management, and Highway/roadway experience is a strong plus. Join a company with a 75+ year track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience progressing through ranks to Foreman/Superintendent.
• Minimum 6+ years of field construction management experience.
• Highway/roadway experience is preferred and a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage foremen to supervise on-site safety, productivity, and quality.
• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for crews and enforce safety policies.
• Assist Project Manager in creating and updating project schedules.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week crew schedules and plan ahead.
• Oversee costs and manage budgets for work items.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling, and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
