Qualifications

• CDL is a plus for field travel and operations.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites and work in the shop as needed.
• Plan work procedures and coordinate with Equipment Manager.
• Troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers.
• Discuss damage or malfunction with superintendent or project manager.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance with company policies; conduct toolbox talks.
