Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a complex physician compensation environment.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with federal and CA laws.
• Manage accounts payable processes including invoices, expenses, and vendor communications.
• Lead and mentor payroll staff to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness for payroll and AP.
