Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and keys invoices with correct invoice numbers and addresses.
• Ensures payments are issued within terms and avoids corrections.
• Analyzes and codes invoices to correct GL numbers to avoid JEs.
• Maintains vendor accounts and ensures timely automatic payments.
• Records accruals and 1099 information for filings.
• Tracks California 587 requirements for filings.
• Resolves vendor disputes by logical conclusions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
