Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related analytics field.
• 7+ years of healthcare analytics or data roles experience
• 5+ years' experience with SQL, SAS or Snowflake
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with tools like Power BI/Tableau/QlikSense
• Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable presenting to executives
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across stakeholders
• Experience with healthcare or employer group data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate membership and claim data to identify trends and cost-variance opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects with different stakeholders.
• Provide strategic analytic thought leadership to account/physician service departments.
• Create dashboards and reports visualizing key metrics and benchmarks.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve patient care and financial performance.
• Stay updated on new data technologies and analytics tools.
