Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in product development, hardware engineering, NPI, or technical validation.
- Experience with Stage Gate and/or NPI processes.
- Strong understanding of hardware systems and hardware/software integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proven ownership of projects and ability to drive deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware products from concept to market launch.
- Define requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Navigate Stage Gate and NPI milestones, ensuring timely delivery and launch readiness.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation actions to protect schedule and quality.
- Maintain documentation, issue logs, and release readiness activities.
- Develop and improve processes related to hardware development and testing.
