Job summary

VELOCITOR SOLUTIONS is seeking a Product Development Engineer to lead hardware products from concept through launch, driving design, testing, validation, and Stage Gate progression. You will manage requirements, planning, risk, and release readiness across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of experience in product development, hardware engineering, or technical validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, hardware engineering, or technical validation.
• Experience with Stage Gate product development processes or new product introduction (NPI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new hardware product development from concept through launch, including requirements, planning, and Stage Gate progression.
• Maintain organized project documentation, issue tracking, and release readiness; drive issues to resolution.
• Develop, document, and optimize hardware testing and release management processes.
• Provide technical support during product rollout and ensure successful client implementations.
