Engineered Corrosion Solutions LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager for New Product Development to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for embedded control products. You will direct from concept through production launch, coordinating Mechanical, Firmware, Electronic Hardware, and Electrical Engineers while aligning Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer/ Electronics Engineering, or related field.
10+ years engineering experience in embedded systems, controls, electronics hardware, firmware, or electromechanical product development.
5+ years engineering leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
Proven success leading new product development from concept through production release.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional engineering team including Mechanical, Firmware, Electronic Hardware, and Electrical Engineers.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Guide system architecture, design decisions, and technical trade-off evaluations.
Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated product solutions.
