Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer/ Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years engineering experience in embedded systems, controls, electronics hardware, firmware, or electromechanical product development.
• 5+ years engineering leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
• Proven success leading new product development from concept through production release.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering team including Mechanical, Firmware, Electronic Hardware, and Electrical Engineers.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Guide system architecture, design decisions, and technical trade-off evaluations.
• Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated product solutions.
