Job summary

Gates Corporation in Denver seeks a results-driven Program Manager to own the New Product Introduction process from concept to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to deliver complex engineered products.

You will plan phase-gate reviews, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate status to senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of hardware product development experience is required; relocation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, engineering or other technical degree strongly preferred.
• 5-7+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a hardware, mechanical, or engineered product environment.
• Experience working with global teams and suppliers preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and previous product development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Plan and lead phasegate reviews; manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
