Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in Milwaukee to lead hardscape projects on client sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion while maintaining client standards. We require at least 1 year of hardscape crew leadership, 2+ years landscape install experience, and the ability to manage a 2+ person crew.

A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus. You’ll train crew members, oversee schedules, and apply best practices for soil, planting, watering, and insect

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• 1 year minimum supervising 2+ person crew.
• At least 1 year in lawn care and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Attain efficiency and client standards.
• Lead site inspections and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules and reports.
