Job summary

BrightView Landscape LLC is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in Michigan to manage landscape enhancement projects. This role requires at least 1 year of Enhancement (Hardscapes) Crew Leader experience and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to pass a DOT medical exam and background checks.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience and licenses/certifications. You’ll lead multiple management tasks, attend client meetings, operate company vehicles, and ensure

Qualifications

• 1 year plus landscape install experience.
• 1 year minimum managing 2+ person crew.
• Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
• Ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
• Ability to take precise measurements and convert to volume/area.
• Ability to manage deadlines and changes.
• Ability to manage multiple staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards on job sites.
• Attending client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Driving company vehicles to and from job sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.
