Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in Pontiac, MI. This role is not entry-level and requires at least 1 year of Enhancement (Hardscapes) Crew Leader experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam and drug tests.

You will oversee multiple crew activities on landscape projects. You will manage safety, quality, and timelines, attend client meetings, and coordinate movement of vehicles and heavy equipment between sites, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Enhancement (Hardscapes) Crew Leader experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical examination.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background/driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards on job sites.
• Attend client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transport heavy equipment to and from jobs sites.
• Report job status and daily hours to the management team.
