Job summary

BrightView is hiring an Enhancement Crew Leader in Michigan to lead field teams and ensure high-quality landscape installations and maintenance. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to inspect sites, supervise crews, and coordinate work flows.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of hardscapes crew leadership and a valid driver’s license; a chauffeur’s endorsement is required, and a DDOT medical card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License must be held by applicants.
• Chauffeur’s endorsement or license is necessary.
• Minimum 1 year hardscapes crew leader experience.
• DDOT Medical card preferred; if not held, candidate must pass medical exam including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and adherence to client standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles; train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety; manage schedules; review charts and reports.
