Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in the United States with at least 1 year of hardscape crew leadership and a valid driver’s license. You will lead a 2+ person crew, conduct site inspections, and guide soil, planting, watering and insect control while ensuring safety and project timelines.

The role offers a pay range of $18-$25 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, health coverage, and a 401k for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing 2+ person crew.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong safety record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to meet client standards and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering and pest control.
• Train personnel, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
