Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee a 2+ person crew, guiding landscape installation and maintenance, including soil preparation, planting, watering, and insect control.

You will ensure client standards, drive safety, schedule crew activities, and review progress. CDL preferred; prior supervisory experience in landscaping is required. This is a hands‑on leadership role with outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• 1+ year supervising landscaping crews.
• 1+ year managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good driving record.
• Familiar with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Experience operating skid steer, excavator, backhoe.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to work well with others.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure that client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
