Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Hardscapes Crew Leader to oversee on-site crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on landscape projects. This role requires at least 1 year of enhancement hardscapes crew leadership and 2 years of landscape install experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Starting pay is $21 per hour, with potential to increase to $28 depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• 1+ year managing 2+ person crew.
• Valid driver’s license and medical card.
• Able to pass DOT screening and random drug tests.
• Ability to operate phone-based reporting apps and report daily hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards on job sites.
• Attend client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Report job status and daily hours to management.
