Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a 2+ person crew. You will provide hands-on leadership, manage soil, planting, watering, and insect control, and ensure client standards while driving efficiencies.

The role requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to read architectural drawings. This is a full-time on-site position with outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
