This role requires 2+ years in landscape installation with at least 1 year supervising a 2+ person crew, plus a valid driver's license and ability to perform physical outdoor work. Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing 2+ person crew.
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and client standards are met.
• Perform site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guide soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles, train staff with a safety focus, and manage schedules and reports.
