Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop individualized recovery plans within a collaborative care team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with preference for a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy, plus 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for hand/upper-extremity patients.
• Provide hand therapy interventions and splinting.
• Document therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Supervise OT Assistants, students and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other providers.
• Deliver post-surgical and injury rehab including scar management and edema control.
