Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, craft custom splints and develop individualized recovery plans in collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, and a DPT or OT Doctorate preferred, plus 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab. Current state PT or OT license and CPR/BLS are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT Doctorate preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation and splinting.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
