Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, fabricate custom orthoses, and educate patients on orthosis care.

The role includes supervising assistants and collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists to optimize outcomes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with a Doctorate in PT or OT preferred, an active state license, and a CHT

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required for role.
• Preferred DPT or DOT for advanced rehab expertise.
• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active state PT or OT license and CHT credential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder therapy interventions.
• Fabricate and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other clinicians in care planning.
• Document services and track patient outcomes.
