Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will assess patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans while collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, a current OT or PT license, and a CHT credential, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current state PT or OT license; CPR/BLS.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and custom splinting.
• Directs and mentors OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Document services and maintain accurate records.
