Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans within a multidisciplinary team.

• Initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and plan of care.
• Therapeutic interventions tailored to age and disability.
• Documentation and delivery of occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom hand/upper-extremity orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care and precautions.
