Pilot Company in Chesterton, IN, is seeking a Guest Services Associate to process merchandise and fuel transactions and to lead cashiers on shift. Responsibilities include handling various payment types, reporting, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting products while delivering top-tier guest service.

The role also involves addressing guest questions and issues, coordinating breaks, and supporting other travel-center tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes; resolve team member conflict; and communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions such as maintaining deli, cleaning showers and restrooms, stocking, making coffee.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
