Pilot Company in Ohio is seeking a Guest Services Associate to process merchandise and fuel transactions, lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers, and ensure guests receive excellent service. You will handle cash/credit/debit, complete end-of-shift reports, and follow guidelines for restricted items.

The role also involves maintaining a clean work area, using upsell methods, and assisting with other travel center tasks as needed. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash, credit and debit transactions with accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills to deliver high guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead a small shift and coordinate team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow guidelines on sale of restricted merchandise and maintain a clean work area.
• Promote products using suggested selling methods and deliver quality service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues per company processes.
• Determine break schedules and assist with travel center functions as needed.
