Hyatt Vacation Club is looking for a Lead Guest Services Associate to enhance the vacation experience for our Owners/guests. This role involves checking guests into their villas, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 25lbs.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

• Check Owners/guests into their villas and provide information.
• Respond positively to guests' questions and concerns.
• Assist management with training new associates.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
