Job summary

European Wax Center in Shorewood, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This role supports training, greeting guests, and promoting services in a high-energy, in-person environment.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and guest service skills, effective leadership and communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one - two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins/outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
