European Wax Center in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. In-person role with evenings and weekends availability; competes with performance bonuses and strong incentives.

The position focuses on greeting guests, promoting services, educating customers on products, and leading by example to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.

• Experience in retail, sales, or beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
