European Wax Center in Chicago is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This role emphasizes welcoming guests, promoting services, and guiding clients through bookings and product offers.

Responsibilities include training frontline staff, managing front-desk operations, and maintaining a high-energy environment. Availability for evenings and weekends is required; performance incentives include sales bonuses and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
