Job summary

European Wax Center in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, and guiding front-desk operations with a focus on sales targets.

The position requires strong sales and leadership abilities, with availability for evenings and weekends. Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes training and career progression

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins/outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, leading others to their full potential.
